Giant of the Woods Adventure Park, a recreation park with a 100-element ropes/challenge course, is looking to redesign their training model to allow flexibility and efficiency. The desired result is an increase in the number of staff who are fully trained by the season's opening day, which allows the park to be at 100% optimal staffing.
